On the cover: Palmitate, produced by fatty acid synthase, blocks p65 phosphorylation, which, after Pin1-mediated isomerization, would typically stabilize and localize in the nucleus. This inhibition leads to the proteasomal-dependent degradation of p65 in the cytoplasm, resulting in the downregulation of p65 levels.
