As you are getting your abstracts organized, I wanted to put this out as a thread for anyone who is bringing a few students and wants to coordinate shared housing with other undergrads to help save money. The MCC community has done this a few times, we just ask the hotel to split the bill onto different credit cards at check out (it is too confusing for hotel staff to try to do this at check in). So, post here if you would like to share housing! I will post reminders periodically as we get closer to travel arrangements. Look forward to seeing lots of you there!
